Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Kahlpa (a product of Uprow ERP Private Limited) lets you delete your personal data, including the Instagram data processed on your behalf. This page explains how to request deletion and what gets deleted.
How to request deletion
The fastest way is in the Kahlpa app: log in at app.kahlpa.com and delete your account from your account settings. This removes your data as described below.
Alternatively, send a deletion request by email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Kahlpa account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will verify your identity, complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email once it is done.
If you connected Kahlpa to your Instagram or Facebook account, you can also remove Kahlpa from your account's connected apps (Instagram: Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites; Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites). Removing the app there sends us an automated deletion request from Meta, and we delete the data associated with your connection.
What gets deleted
- Your Kahlpa account data (name, email address, account settings, and billing records except where retention is required by law)
- Instagram data we processed for you: contacts, message history, and automation history
- Your Instagram account connection — the account is disconnected from Kahlpa and its access tokens are revoked
